“ My wife and I love food from all ethnicities. Dr. Limon caters to our love of Peruvian cuisine. Every item on the menu is delicious and full of flavor. The staff is very courteous and is attentive to all our needs. The even check to see if we have food allergies. The manager makes her rounds to check on the tables for complete customer satisfaction of food quality. ”
“ One of my fav places in the neighborhood. Great food, fantastic vibes. Also you never have to worry about out a shocking bill, they are very thorough and clear with their customers about prices and to make sure you are satisfied. Th food is amazing and the ambience is nice. If you are looking for for a place to watch sports during a Sat during the day, great time! Looking for a cozy dinner at night ? Great time! 10/10 would recommend! ”
“ Great place in Homestead with an amazing atmosphere and vibe. The Peruvian food is top quality, with an unmatched flavor. The service is excellent. I highly recommend the cocktails and ceviches. ”
“ Can't say enough about how cool this spot is. Really enjoy the amazing music, vibe and real quality customer service. And the. Food is really yummy. Some items are over salty for my preferences tbh. The 911 quinoa and fish is delish ”
“ Celebrated my brother in law's birthday & our reservation was at 1pm, since it was a group of about 13 adults; two kids & one baby they were able to accommodate us in a table that ran along the side of the restaurant. Sunday lunch seems to be a pretty good day for them since the atmosphere changed to more of a brunch environment around 2pm, yet it was enjoyable. I ordered a Mescalita to start, which was very delicious, the Tabasco rim really tied in the entire drink together (the bartenders know what they're doing) An order of the Malaya was placed for the table and it's a scrumptious appetizer of their steak, yuca & garlic sauce. Also I have to mention that they have canchita & shot glasses of their house leche de Tigre which is to die for!!! Johanna was our server and she recommended La resaca but I went ahead and ordered a Fiebre Alta which she also mentioned was a great dish, I love ceviche and this was very fresh and tasty, their rocoto sauce was 10/10. My son had an order of chicken nuggets which came with rice and French fries as a side. The meal was packed for being a kids' dish. Of course because we were celebrating a birthday we had to save room for dessert, I ordered their maracuyá (passionfruit) creme brûlée, it was good creme brûlée, although the maracuyá was a bit overpowering which made the dessert a bit tart, I give this a 6/10 but would order again to share. I can't wait to return & try more of their dishes!! ”
“ We came in on a Saturday night 7:30pm and we're seated right away. No wait. The ambience was very nice and not too loud. We were greeted with a sample of the ceviche sauce in a shot glass. It was very favorable. We were also served a "popcorn" like kernels as a "chips" not sure what it's called. Ordered 3 appetizers and they were enough food for us. Serving was plentiful. The pasta appetizer was the best. Order the fried octopus it was delicious as well. Tostones appetizer was tasty and full of flavor. They have a full bar and happy hour is from 4pm -7pm with half of menu prices from I read in another post. Ordered a dessert but can't remember what it was. Sooo good. Our waitress Oriana was so sweet and very attentive even with her other tables. We will definitely come back to explore all the other items. ”
“ I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr.limon! I've been here twice and the service is always 10/10. The food is delicious and fresh. This time around I ordered sushi. The plate was so filling and delicious. For appetizer, I had their calamari. I loved that it wasn't too breaded. I'm definitely coming back. ”
“ Beautifully decorated, fun and vibrant atmosphere. The food is very tasteful and flavorful. I had the Dr Tokyo which is tuna, pineapple, and hot pepper. It comes in a nice large wonton shell to add a crunch. It's not too filling so definitely need another meal or a side of rice. The service is kind and attentive. Would like to return to try more things. ”
“ When a new location opens in the culinary desert of Homestead it was a no "brainer". The wife and I had an early dinner at what has to be one of the coolest restaurants in the area. The ambience makes you feel like you're in the Gables. Open door to the bar, beautiful decor and impeccable service. Of course you get the traditional Dr. Limon "Sangre de tigre" and their corn which again beckons the Chef's understanding of what the patrons want and how to provide great service. We ordered the Lobster Ravioli and it was incredible. The wife had the Lomo and I had the branzino and what a treat. Some might the price point is high for the area but the portions are huge and the quality is top notch. Attention Homestead: the Doctor is in and you will love the food experience and the music was great also. ”
“ Food was surprisingly very tasty. Not a seafood person, I ordered the lomo saltado and my friend had the chicken fried rice. We were hesitant at first and impressed how good everything was. Service was nice, our waitress was on point with the recommendations. The place is simple inside, dress casual. Only complaint was the music was too loud for taste. Could barely talk to the person in front of me, we had to speak louder than usual. Other than that, it was a nice time, also good family spot. ”
